Remember the story Jesus told of the two sons. Each was asked to do something. The first said no but then did t. The second said yes but did not do it. The first might be considered a complainer whereas the second is simply disobedient. Discover which God can tolerate and which he cannot.
Our greatest need is connection, to be known, to be seen. But most of us are not brave enough. We have too much to hide. Too much shame. Too much fear. But we have a Father who does see us. He knows us completely. Even our shame. And he chose to love us. He is faithful to it. He wants you to know it's safe to love him back. He forgives you. He completes you. He fills you with joy and wonder. He has given you purpose. That purpose is love. Here are a few scraps of thought so you can "see" me.

the isrealites didnt trust God and they Always complained. they never trusted God to give them food to protect them, to heal them and to give them water. And they always complained when they didnt have what they wanted. I dont really like israel.
We have to take the lesson in and walk in obedience with God.
We always complain but were not always disobedient, if were disobedient its probably because we didn't understand the instructions. I think the israelites just willfully did it
Maybe the Israelites should had trusted God a bit more instade of complaining so much.
I think the Isrealits complaining was okay, they were learning. But disobedience was kinda whack. God gave simple instructions and the Isrealites completely ignored it! God said that there will NOT be manna on the sabbath ... and yet they go out on the sabbath and looks for manna! (I don't know if that's the way you spell it, but you get me point) That really bothers me.
*humpf*... If you need an example of complaining, pick on teenagers?... lol, I won't pick on you for picking on teens this time... WHY were the Israelites such a rebellious anyway? Didn't other nations with the false gods, follow those "gods" whole-heartedly? Why didn't the Israelites? ....
Man, the Israelites sure did complain a lot. I'm jst glad for their (and ours) sake that God can handle complaining and whining, because if he couldn't....
human1: *whine whine* *complain complain*
God: ZAP
human2: God why did you do that? That isnt fair! I dont like it when you zap people! *whine whine*
God:ZAP!!
Human3: I dont wanna go outside, its to cold!
God: ZAP
Human4: *does the chicken dance*
God: ZZZZAAPP!!
Ok, so, not the best example. :P
I thing that we do the same thing has the Isrealites: because we said that we trust in God ,but when something happen we complain about it.
