The challenge: To write daily words of encouragement from the systematic reading of the Word to encourage us to keep moving forward. Written in the context of 45 minutes a day
What was that annoying buzzing sound? It kept distracting me and I couldn't concentrate on the devotions. But I did catch most of it. I agree about us all being slaves to someone. When you think about it, it actually makes sense...
same here with the sound....We always have to serve someone, and personally I don't want to be a slave my sinful nature. Yesterday during devotions a song by Steven Curtis Chapman kept playing through my head, and I cant remember what its called but it goes "If the Son has set you free, you are free indeed."
I agree that we sould be slaves of God not of our sinful nature, because only God can really gives us true joy.
I didn't hear this buzzing sound... ??... anyways... a lot of people don't realize that just not choosing sin doesn't get them into heaven... we are either with him, or against him... oh, I hear the buzzing now.... and Nay, I think the song is called "free" .. who would have thought??? lol...
I agree we have to be slaves of our LORD and nothing else, its like god said your either hot or cold but i will spit you out......or something like that
I heard a buzzing noise too...but I would rather be a slave to God than to my sinful nature
